Chief Executive Officer
Early in my professional career I encountered numerous salary negotiations and career coaching opportunities. My first few successes came in negotiating my own salary and learning how to coach from my incredible managers. Taking the fundamentals from those opportunities I was able to start helping out my co-workers and friends. This is what prompted me to start Acquired Salary. I take great pride and joy in being able to help other earn what they are worth, and develop intention in their career so they can live the life they have always wanted. As the successes continued to stack up I continued to grow and expand my skills to where not only do I coach individuals at any point in their career, but I also coach small business owners to help them grow their business and plan for an exit. If you are an individual contributor, manager, C suit employee or a small business owner I would love to connect and see how I can help you achieve your goals.
